Driving is Fun.....NOT!

 

Since Form Three, I've been crazy of driving a car

But learning with mum was not that effective

I only got to move the wheel using the first gear

So, Daytona was the medium that I chose to help me

To ease the tense

 

Right after SPM, I gathered my own money

And hired a tutor to teach me to drive.

In a month, I managed to finish all the sessions

And passed the final JPJ test with flying colours~

TQ Thomas for arranging things to fit my schedule

 

I was not driving for a month later because I went

To Penang Matriculation Centre.

It was weird that I was so scared of handling the car

after all the hard work and anxiety to have the license

 

But, continuing my study in Gaya College helped me to

Gather sufficient experiences and confidence to

Start driving.

In fact, dad also gave his two-cent by saying that,

"Until when You want to be afraid as Not everyone is that

brave in initiating things.."

So, having to bear that in mind as well as holding on to the

'Practice makes perfect" tagline in heart, I started to drive

Unfortunately, I got very attached and Obsessed with driving

as if I couldn't let go of the steering wheel for a long period

 

Yet, my arrival at UiTM changed things.

When dad was away, I got to keep the car,

I have my Munchkin to drive us here and there

I became lazy. I had the chance to drive an auto car

but I simply detested it

Later, I began to feel less confident and used my astigmatism

As an excuse

 

I thought that I was going to stay this way forever

Yet, amazingly I changed to a skilled driver in just 12 weeks

Thanks to my practicum session.

The roads and cars were so annoying, the journey was far

I had no choice but to revolutionize.

 

Unfortunately, it does not alter my standing point of

No longer considering car-driving as FUN.

I am tired of being the driver for my mum

I dislike the traffic in KK...too many newbies trying

To kill other people on the road with their recklessness

But the best fact, I have a special man driving me

most of the time to any destination that I desire.

 

Despite what I feel, I am so thankful and glad that I

Took the chance to add the extra skill into my life resumé

At least I am useful when there's no one around to go to

the grocery store or to fetch things forgotten by forgetful

people... (^_^)
