UnExpected Gift

26^th July, a man came to the door.

After doing some formality work,

After having a cup of tea,

After making me worried with his health condition,

I asked about what he said with his mate recently.

He looked deep into my eyes and said he was not fooling around.

I was breathless.

I was speechless.

I was dumbfounded.

It felt like I am the girl in the movie who was being popped out with the proposal question.

Tears trickling down my face.

He wiped them with his gentle fingers.

I am content.

I am with a mission.

I need to be focused.

He managed to surprise me.

He managed to amaze me,

He managed to be a step ahead of me,

Now I understand the pure feeling of having unexpected gift.

And I hope I can give him a return gift as good as his.
